Autumn Equinox Day Workshop: Connecting to Tree Spirits

I am delighted to hold this special day workshop on Autumn Equinox from our Bell Tent in Buckinghamshire.  

This workshop is to connect with the tree and plant spirits. I will be guiding you through meditations, grounding practices and spirit journeys to connect you with the energies of the land and a tree spirit guide. We will be working with the trees in our woodland, and inviting any guidance, wisdom or healing that you may need from them. Once you have connected with your tree, I will teach you how to craft a wand using wood, crystals, ribbon and wire. This wand can act as a talisman, manifestation or protection tool that you can continue to work with after this workshop.

Timings: 11am-4pm

This day is suitable for all levels. 

Please bring a note pad and pen, water bottle and wear comfy clothes. Vegetarian sharing style lunch, please bring a dish/side to contribute to the meal.
