Full Moon: Crown Chakra Crystal and Sound Healing Ceremony

In this Full Moon workshop, we will be working with the crown chakra to awaken your spiritual connection within. We will begin with a meditation to ground the body before I lead you into a healing meditation that opens and awakens the crown chakra energies.

Then, I will lead you to lay back and relax for a crystal healing sound bath with selenite and moonstone, using the Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and other Instruments. At the end of your journey, I will bring you back into the space to reawaken feeling relaxed and connected to the peace and wisdom within.
