Incense Blending & Sound Healing Ceremony

In this workshop, I will be showing you how to blend and make your own incense. I will teach you how to clear a space and your energy with natural herbs and resins, before helping you create your own blend with the intention of what you would like the incense to work on - e.g love, abundance or clearing.

I will then lead you to lay back and relax into a guided meditation and sound bath using the Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and other Instruments. At the end of your journey I will bring you back into the space to reawaken feeling peaceful and deeply relaxed.
