New Moon: Self Love Vision Board & Sound Healing Workshop

In this workshop, we will begin with a meditation to help you settle and ground into the space as we connect to the energy of love, kindness and appreciation for yourself. I will then guide you to begin building your self-love board with imagery, words and colours that represent encouragement, motivation and love for who you are and what you are capable of to help guide you forward and manifest your dreams. Once you’ve crafted your self-love vision board, I will lead you into a deeply relaxing sound healing journey focusing on positivity and gratitude.
