Sound Healing Ceremony for Envisioning your Future in 2024

In this workshop, I will be guiding you to visualise the New Year and all the things you would like to experience in it. We will be working through the seasons, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and I will lead you to write 4 letters for yourself focusing on what you would like to manifest in each season, and words of encouragement that motivate you forwards.

Once we have written down each manifestation, I will lead you to lay back and relax for a sound bath using the Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and other Instruments. At the end of your journey, I will bring you back into the space to reawaken feeling peaceful and ready to achieve your dreams.
