Summer Solstice Sound Healing Ceremony

In this workshop, we will be working with energies of the Summer Solstice, and reflecting on your year so far.  We will begin in meditation, and then I will guide you to write 3 letters for yourself. The first will focus on what you would like to release and let go of, the second will focus on gratitude for what you have experienced so far this year, and the third will focus on what you would like to manifest in the second half of this year.

Once you have written each letter, I will lead you to lay back and relax for a sound bath using the Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and other Instruments. At the end of your journey, I will bring you back into the space to reawaken feeling peaceful and ready to achieve your dreams.
