Talisman Crafting & Sound Bath Ceremony

In this workshop, I will be showing you how to create your own talisman using beads, crystals and other components. A talisman is a sacred object created to represent luck, protection, manifestation or any intention that you desire it to have.  We will begin the workshop with a short meditation that connects you to a purpose for your talisman. I will then teach you how to create it as you select colours, beads and crystals that align with your intention. Once you have made your talisman, I will lead you to lay back and relax for a sound bath using the Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and other Instruments. At the end of your journey, I will bring you back into the space to reawaken feeling peaceful and deeply relaxed.
