Cheesy Avocado Toast

Cheesy Avocado Toast

serves 1


1 slice bread – I use rye

1 avocado

pinch paprika (smoked or unsmoked)

pinch chilli powder

salt + pepper, to taste



  1. Add the toast into the toaster for a couple of minutes or so, to toast to your desired amount.

  2. Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Add the flesh into a bowl, and mash it using a fork. Set it aside.

  3. When the toast is ready, remove it from the oven. Scoop the avocado on top of toast, and top with a handful of the Violife cheese. Then sprinkle the paprika, chilli, salt and pepper on top.

  4. Place the toast back into the oven for a minute or so, until the cheese has melted. Then, remove it from the oven and serve.
