Cherry, Banana & Nectarine Smoothie
serves 1-2
Ingredients
1/2 cup (85g) pitted cherries
1 medium banana, peeled
1 nectarine, de-stoned
1/2 tsp lucuma powder
1 cup (250ml) almond milk
handful of ice cubes
Method
1. Add the cherries, banana, nectarine, lucuma powder and almond milk into your blender – I used my Froothie Optimum 2.1 Blender, and blend until smooth. Then, add in some ice cubes and blend again until smooth. Lastly, pour into glasses and serve.
