Warming Spice Granola
1 cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
1 tbsp agave syrup
PREHEAT OVEN TO 150 C / 302 F
Add the oats into a mixing bowl and pour in the coconut oil and agave syrup. Then spoon in the cinnamon, ginger, mango and chilli powder. Mix everything together until the oats are evenly coated.
Next, pour the oat mixture onto a baking tray, and place them into the oven to heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
When the granola is ready, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, pour it into a jar to store – or serve.
